This buy was a total nightmare!They tried to deliver when I was not even moved into my place seven hours away and as a result the next delivery day, my bed arrived damaged and dirty (cream colour)Then the headboard was missing... really ? How can you deliver a bed without the headboard?That was on June 3rd, to this date the broken parts haven t been replaced... Now this is August 20... Some parts were sent, but they kept sending the wrong ones despite me sending pictures and explaining over and over again. I was promised so many times that the right parts were on their way. I even left a part that was fine with the owner and again after many apologies and excuses and compensation I am still ending with broken legs under my bed... this is really annoying ... specially that the last time the owner told me that he will order the parts and have them delivered to his store and that he will personally send them by Canpar to my place. That was over two weeks ago! Iam not one to be angry and mean, but this is ridiculous!I should have listened to people that told me not to buy there. For sure I will not ever! I feel being lied to and not respected... and I have to explain who I am every time I contact him... Really? Oh! Did I mention that the quality was very disappointing??D
What a beautiful store with some of the best pricing I have seen and this is a complete furniture store with everything including Hot Tubs. Mattresses, box springs, dining room and kitchen tables, sofas, recliners. Everything you can imagine. Aggressive pricing with lots of Canadian suppliers.
Just recently moved into my new place and I decided to look into higher quality furniture such as furniture at Manchesters! Having never bought brand new furniture I was completely un-sure as to what to expect as for pricing and for service, but once my new bed set and table set was delivered; the price given to me for everything including the shipping and delivery was outstanding and I would highly suggest to any other customers looking for furniture!
Just had my brand new island delivered by Manchester's. I'm so impressed with everything...from the initial purchase to the final delivery. Very conscientious delivery people! Delivered on time! Its beautiful and just looks very expensive. His showroom has so many unique items that I just couldn't possible find anywhere else. The radio commercials are true, great furniture and beds at box store prices. Next up....an adjustable king size bed! Thanks to Manchester's.Cindy
