I had an appointment at 830am for a lock install. No show. I call and they say someone will be there by 11. A guy shows up and says the work will be done...he goes to the car to get the locks...30 minutes later he hasn't returned and his car is gone. I call and they tell me someone else will come sometime in the afternoon. I call at 230...they still don't know when someone will be there but promise by 430. 430 comes and goes with no one. They never did call. Absolutely terrible service and condescending on the telephone. I absolutely would not recommend them.

New to North Bay area and Todd of Jim's Locksmithing was scheduled to come and replace the existing door hardware after hours/emergency basis as I had dismantled but needed a larger deadbolt cutout. He was able to come earlier than anticipated and work was done quickly, efficiently and was within the regular service timeframe.
