Two thumbs up - way up ! Car broken into last week . Personal medical record , legal files , financial info , and more : all stolen items. Once North Bay police got involved return of items being held illegitimately was very professionally and skillfully handled by multiple officers. Difficult situation needed much courage and determination. Resolved professionally very quickly and shrewdly. Awesome work by our finest . My utmost gratitude!
Officer Whittney is apparently one of their night time officers. He really shouldn't be allowed to work as a police officer. and He has a negative impact on his people in the way that he assumes the guilt of people before knowing the whole situation. This is illegal. THE RIGHT TO BE INNOCENT TILL PROVEN GUILTY.The guy admits to having known of a crime going on at the location previously. which means he never convicted and or does not intend to. So that means if you want to scam people out of money and get away with it, let officer whittney solve your issue!!!
no logic or compassion, so you stop and ticket a young man for speeding, and when he goes to show you the insurance, it is expired piece of paper and instead of allowing him the opportunity to go home and get it, you ticket him again. this is NOT the way to build trust with the public
Staff sargeant rick duppleCalled me back today at 2.38pm long after the incident. When presented all of the evidence he said there was nothing he could do.So i asked "so what is a pedestrian at 6pm sapposed to do when a car goes 60mph and intentionaly harms someone. They clearly cant check the license plate!?" To this he said "thats where we depend on other reports" and to this i answered "so the victim has so means of seeking help from you?" To this he answered "that us correct we cant do anything for thing" the i verified his name and noted the callThis is outrageous. What happens if its a hit and run with no report?! Things were damaged and people were hurt but they will do nothing!!!!
Thank you to this team that keeps our community safe and does there best to help all the many situations that they are exposed to from mental health crisis' to traffic collisions and everything in between. Dispatch and officers are fast to respond to all sorts of events and act professional.
