Price is expensive. Half the price of a plane ticket. was on a trip from Toronto to north bay couple weeks ago that was late as hell because their bus broke down or something (no refund offered). Their chairs are the most uncomfortable sht youll ever sit on. The back is hollow, gives you back pain... some of the buses have an extremely narrow neck/head support that is meant for people who are 4 feet tall so you better slide down on the chair and stay still or your head will fall... youll constantly be on the bus trying to figure out different positions to be more comfortable but end up just getting more frustrated

Although I am sad that the Ontario Northland train is no longer running for a few years now and Ontario Northland company has cut back services in the North! The bus station is exceptionally clean, including washrooms and welcoming. The place is very safe especially for female solo travellers, such as myself. I am a regular traveller and used this service since 2003 . Staff go out of their way to answer questions and make you feel welcomed.

Employees were all great very helpful and chearfull sofar great experience. Recommend to anyone travelling out of Ontario by bus. The one at the desk has been very understanding I think is the word when it comes to issues with travelers. I would give another star just for that.

My personal experience in the past was ok.... today july 27th 2018 was my last straw tho for the staff messing up their announcements....... DO NOT LISTEN TO THE STAFF OVER THE P.A SYSTEM TALK TO THE BUS DRIVERS ONLY....... THE STAFF MIXES UP THE DESTINATIONS FOR THE BUSES AND THEN LET'S THE DRIVERS FIX IT...... JUST GO STRAIGHT TO THE DRIVERS AND TALK TO THEM........Also don't bother to let the staff at the North Bay Terminal know if their WI-FI is acting up. You will get told nope I'm connected and then given a dirty look when u explain what u mean by its not working. Then the staff will tell you that it's not their problem.... and if u ask to use a phone to make a very quick call so u can be picked up at your destination you get told no go use your cell phone... But myself can't it only works on WIFI that you don't care about if it works or not....So hopefully you always have a working phone to call and text off. North bay transit doesn't allow phone calls on their phones.

The trip was really great the bus drivers that I had were so kind and wonderful . And very comfortable. But the need cup holder and small table like the first bus I took. Loved the ride.
