Best vet I've ever been by a mile. If I could give them more stars I would. I trust these ladies 100% with any of my animals. They always go the extra mile for the patients. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best vets possible to take care of their fur babies.
Friendly and great service! Care alot for the animals
We ended up having to bring our dog in for an emergency visit on a saturday. Being new to the North Bay area we currently did not have a vet. The staff was very helpful and showed compassion as they could see how worried we were for our dog. They were very up front with costs and only did what was needed for our sweet boy. Dr. Haleigh was awesome and so was the vet tech we delt with that day. I will deffinatly be bringing my dog back to this facility for any of his needs.
I was just speaking with a close friend yesterday about the staff here (vets and techs included.) The team here are quite possibly the most genuine, caring, supportive and honest group I've encountered in the city. They've helped. Us through really funny and awkward times, happy times and the very sad ones as well. Couldn't ask for a better group to bless our city.
This place is amazing. They were quick in getting my kitten in for her first assessment as I had recently adopted. They don't mind all the frantic phone calls of someone worried about their young pet. They are kind and considerate and clearly love their jobs.They are always thorough with visits and give different options for what to do and how to approach the care of your pet. I even got a call the next day to see how my little one was doing. This is exceptional level of service and I'm blown away by this establishment.
