Am saddened and sorrowed by the discrimination and body-shaming displayed this week by this institution. Kim and Lynn are great instructors, but the management here have no room for diverse bodies or diverse expressions of gender, and I unfortunately can no longer recommend this studio to anyone, much less anyone in a vulnerable position. Appalling.

I love how the teacher ensures that all the kids are paying attention, making sure they are getting the most out of the program!!
I'm not 100% sure what Eric is saying but from my experience I know both owners personally and I find it very hard pressed to see either of them saying anything about somebody's body anyting. On a different note I think that the studio is definitely worth checking out anybody can pick up a free try off their website after signing up for most of their classes. the instructors are fantastic Adam does a excellent job at the school camps and children camps that he takes care of and the Jujitsu comes highly rated as well.
The Jiu jitsu program is awesome,. There is an amazing team of guys and girls here and my game has improved so much since moving to North Bay.
