This is mine and my friends new home base 4 times a week!We get the exercise we need and don't even realize it, in their club like atmosphere!Each instructor brings out something different from yourself, and the ONLY place I've seen that make you feel welcomed and loved!HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
