thumbs down. Called for a quote...The lady was nice and said she would get back to me the following Tuesday at 10am. Never got a call back. to me that was lazy and unprofessional.
These guys are absolutely best. Had to find a new broker for our small business needs. The old guy was unreachable, unresponsive and frankly had no clue what he was doing. I was recommended to check North Bay Insurance Brokers. They listened to all my needs very carefully. Examined all existing policies. Did their research and made excellent recommendations, which saved me money. Subsequently I contacted them a number of times and this team was on the task right away.The only part that makes me feel bad is that I did not find this company earlier.Highly recommended.

Good customer service! They were very straight up with me. Usually I don't like talking to insurance agents but they made me feel very understanding. At the end I was satisfied how things went. And on the plus side they had a great personality.
