Terrible service, no manners. Maybe I was spoilt by my previous brokers but this crew don't know how to keep a customer.

I have been a customer of the McIntyre branch for 20 years, first as Hutchinson then Blue Sky. Since being bought out by Rivet I have been treated as if I was a competitor's customer. Very low priority. Not nearly as helpful as Maurice Duhn (RIP), my previous contact. Now I feel as if I may as well just purchase insurance online. So much for those "blanket" commercials on TV... Sorry guys.
