Exceptional front desk staff (specifically Laura who was just a joy), and a top notch Italian restaurant were the highlights for our stay. The location is great too, minutes from Kings Landing and the other beach attractions. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. No major issues to note. We definitely recommend.
Best hotel we stayed in this past week of traveling. Looks a little dated on the outside, but inside is very clean and new. Staff where amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful and we really felt all our needs where looked after especially with our 2 kids and dog. No pet fee! Room was clean and well kept. The front desk even called our room to check if everything is ok. Congratulations to all the staff for being the top place during our week long trip!
Clean, Comfy & CaringHad a great sleep. Pretty darn quiet and I'm a very light sleeper. Friendly staff with great recommendations. Clean facilities. Restaurant was Italian with homemade fresh bread, pasta, amazing cocktails. Would return again if back in town for business.
Hotel is dated, toilet ran all night and must smell in the rooms. There was brown water damage on the ceilings and peeling wall paper. This was something we brought to their attention after we paid $150 for the night. I was really disappointed.
The hotel is super cute. I know it is a chain but this one is very different. It has a vibe that is really cool. Also the staff are super nice. We where running late for breakfast but the staff where still let us eat and left it open. Highly recommend it to anyone.
