Ample parking, decent sized swimming pool, fitness center and hot breakfast included. The room we had was large with a full kitchen, king bed and pull out couch. Plenty of space and very clean. Walking distance (5 minutes) from several good restaurants in the area.
Great hotel! We love it so far, they have an excellent complimentary breakfast and dinner! The service is really good and it's right by the lake and downtown.
I expected a more relaxed weekend with a warm breakfast to start my day and zero work .. a (fresh warm breakfast -as mentioned everywhere on the websites or blogs.) First There was no such warm breakfast served ... I felt I rented an expensive room with a kitchen to cook for myself and work (exactly what we do everyday at home ) so I didnt get to relax ... We were out all day and came back to see the room was not cleaned up which usually Hotels do for the guests for a comfortable stay...so by evening I was mad at this poor service by the so called brand HILTON I had a bad headache and I just chose to check out (paid for 2 night stay, poor service poor breakfast made me checkout one day early ... the hotel didnt care to Refund ) I felt cheated ... never going back to HILTON ..
My choice when in North Bay...comfortable room, basics in the kitchen to prepare a meal, great mattress. The pool is small, great for kids, basic exercise room. Close to the beach and boardwalk and many restaurants.
Very impressed during my two stays in the past two months. This location has just turned one year old and is running smoothly. Yes, you pay top dollar but this property provides value and it is superior to any other hotel I have stayed at in North Bay. Cant say enough good things about the staff and the general manager Crystal. At the front desk Nikki has taken care of me with help from Melissa and others.The location is great while the rooms and facilities and amenities are first rate. My wife and I were there in May for a family reunion and stayed in a one bedroom suite. It was one of the best layouts Ive experienced in my decades of hotel travel in North America. We did experience a mechanical issue the first night but it was resolved in a way that exceeded expectations. I was back again this past week for a family funeral. Am still extremely touched by the lovely sympathy card that was left under my door. In addition, all the staff were very considerate and took time to chat with me and fill any requests that I had. The level of service I received came surprisingly close to my experiences at Sandals, and that is saying something!
