Arriving in North Bay on little sleep - and after a long hard day of work, I checked into the Comfort Inn Lakeshore in town. My first impression was that it was a very well kept facility. The desk clerk greeted me with a smile and was very friendly - understood my situation and was able to find me an available quiet room in the hotel.I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is staying in North Bay ... Thank you for your unequalled quality customer service.
We stayed here last night and were quite pleased. The room was large, clean, and quiet. We were only sorry that we could not stay longer; the room is well-equppied for a longer stay. The young lady who oversaw the breakfast room was personable and efficient and added to the experience. Thank you all for a pleasant stay.
Room was good. Comfy bed, clean, nice bathroom including tub. Staff was less than enthusiastic about us though. We travel with our small dog, and although the hotel is listed as pet friendly, I wouldn't say our welcome was. Nothing specific, just a lack of greeting when we walked in coupled with a lackluster attitude about everything.
Room was extremely hot when we got in it, took over half an hr to start to cool down. Quiet, good place to sleep not much more to it. Rooms are clean, not bad for a cheaper priced hotel.
This comfort inn was by far the best one that we have stayed in. The rooms are very nice and clean, the staff are very accommodating and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Jenni, the general manager, really cares for her guests and wants them to have a very enjoyable trip! I really felt like all my needs were completely taken care of! 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be staying again!
