Modern and clean. Good price for basic room. Very nice furnishings and decor. Front staff were very nice and made me feel welcome. Better than average Breakfast. Noticed a fitness room, didn't use it but nice to have that option. Only complaint was the outside noise at night, more than your average for a Thursday night.
Good place, but could be so much more. Location is great, employees are very friendly. The look of old (washed) blood stains on both bed sheets aren't that great, neither are the non soundproof windows at that intersection or the dirty unusable balcony. The breakfast is well... Cheap, but at least something.
Long story short. Spider and web infested balconys. Room had a musty body odor smell to it. Spiders crawling on the bed. left at 4am as the girl friend got bit by a bed bug. reported it to staff who seemed sympathetic but not much else. Wont be going back.
Absolutely horrible service! The hotel staff were soooooooo rude and couldn't help us do the smallest things! First off all, there were hidden charges which were not disclosed to us until AFTER checking in at 1 am. They is no such thing as honesty with these people! We told them we had been told different prices over the phone, but all they said was that they would give the room to someone else if we did not pay the extra charges. With no where else to go, we decided to stay. We were told there was no trolley upon checkin and had to walk 3 floors up with all our stuff ourselves as they refused to find it. The rooms smelled like pee and smoke even though they were "non-smoking"! The beds were so uncomfortable! There were also stains on the sheets, which were covered up by the comforters. There was dust everywhere and there were stains on the carpets too! The A/C did not work at all! We decided to grab breakfast where we were served mouldy bread and expired yogurt. When brought to the attention of the hotel staff, they threatened to kick us out and verbally abused us! WILL NEVER BE RETURNING HERE! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES TO SPEND YOUR MONEY! DISGUSTING!
I stayed at this hotel for only 2 days and overall I had a pretty good experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful , specially the girl at the reception. I had a pretty large room for myself. very clean and well kept, but breakfast could be better !
