Nice big rooms with a comfortable and cozy bed. Showers could be more modern but that's just details. Fast service
Very comfy experience! I've been here multiple times over 8 years. They recently updated the place and it looks fantastic. They also have useful meeting rooms that are designed creatively like with seating that decends to the front. There is a large projector screen for everyone to clearly see as well. Service is always friendly and the breakfast is above average hotel food.
Nice clean rooms, standard free breakfast. Our stay in North Bay was a pleasent. Liked the waterfront and everyone was friendly. I would go back again to explore some more around north Bay.
Staff very friendly and accommodating when we needed to check in early. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I found the cost of the room to be a little too pricey, however, and several of my friends' room key cards stopped working and they got locked out (the cards apparently stop working when they're near mobile phones).
They were so helpful to us and her hockey team when we're up there for our tournament the past weekend great breakfast in the morning the rooms are clean and they did everything they can to help you great place to stay
