Horrible, Called needed help. My hot water tank was leaking. Didn't even call back still waiting 3 days later. He's only a block away from my house. Thought I'd use someone close. Thanks to Moores for saving the day.. Mike and the gang at Moores was top notch.. Ben's will leave you stranded.. Very disappointing from a business a block away.
Worst business ive ever dealt with, terrible customer service and lack of knowledge by the owner...came to give quote to install pool heater, got us to get electrical outlet in a spot the heater cant even go cause of gas regulations, then told his employee to deal with it, long story short, its now fall and heater still never got installed...do not use this company
