I would like to post a review of the great service that I received from Paul, owner of Perrota's Plumbing in North Bay.A plumbing emergency developed at my home on a Friday morning, Paul was very accommodating and agreed to come to the house on Saturday morning. He kept in touch regularly while arrangements where being made.He agreed to come at 10AM and was at my home promptly at that time.Rather than being a plumbing issue, it turned out to be a problem with our septic system.Paul ordinarily does not handle septic problems, but agreed to have a look. I contacted a septic company and Paul spoke to the owner of the septic service. He walked Paul through the steps needed to resolve the issue.In my opinion, this went over and above the call of duty.Paul was very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to hire Perotta's Plumbing again - either for a plumbing emergency or for a complete plumbing installation for a new build.Thanks again Paul!
